The Experience
From Grenadian cocoa bean to Jouvay bar.
Visit the historic Diamond Chocolate Factory in Victoria, where Jouvay Chocolate is made from Grenadian cocoa. Tour the old stone factory building and see the machines used in the bean-to-bar process, then taste the current Jouvay flavours.
Behind the factory, a three-acre model organic cocoa and spice farm is laid out with paths and interpretive signs for self-guided agro-tours. The café serves chocolate smoothies, cocoa tea and locally brewed chocolate beer, while the gift shop carries Jouvay products and crafts by local artists.
