Corten Villa IV is a distinctive architect-designed four-bedroom residence in Lower Woburn, created from weathered steel shipping containers arranged around a completely private tropical courtyard. The concept is contemporary and highly individual, but the layout is also practical: all four bedrooms are air-conditioned, all four have private ensuite bathrooms, and the villa accommodates up to eight guests without creating a hierarchy of good and secondary rooms.
The central saltwater pool is the visual and social heart of the property. Bedrooms, the covered deck and the principal living spaces all face inward toward the walled courtyard, giving guests complete privacy while creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Inside, the villa includes a full kitchen, retro diner-style dining area, cinema corner, bar area, children's indoor play space and a dedicated workspace supported by high-speed Wi-Fi.
The villa is also unusually well prepared for day-to-day island living, with backup power and water, reverse-osmosis drinking water, solar plus grid electricity, laundry facilities, keyless self check-in and parking for up to seven vehicles. Grand Anse Beach is around ten minutes away, while the airport, St. George's and SGU are each within approximately fifteen minutes by car.

The central courtyard connects the pool, garden and indoor living spaces, while bedrooms open toward the tropical setting. The design feels distinctive without sacrificing the practical comforts needed for a family or group stay.

Corten is the strongest design-led option in the Holiday Collection and is ideal for guests who want something memorable rather than conventionally Caribbean. The architecture gives the property a clear identity, but the real strength is that the design has not compromised comfort: every bedroom is ensuite, the courtyard is completely private and the house functions well for a full group of eight.
The backup utilities, high-speed internet and dedicated work area also make Corten more resilient than many short-stay villas. That matters for families visiting SGU, longer-stay guests and remote workers who value reliability as much as aesthetics.
Although the public starting rate can look surprisingly low relative to the quality of the property, current direct and booking-market evidence still places some dates in the mid-US$300s per night. For clients, that makes Corten a particularly compelling value when four bedrooms are required.
