Beachcliff Villa V is a five-bedroom oceanfront villa close to the tip of Lance aux Epines, surrounded by water on both the Caribbean and Atlantic sides of the peninsula. The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ocean outlook, allowing larger groups to stay together without sacrificing bedroom privacy.

Outdoor living is a defining feature of Beachcliff. The property includes approximately 150 feet of beach frontage, two swimming pools, extensive sun terraces, a large gazebo, outdoor hot tub, barbecue area and mature tropical gardens.
