Discover Grenada’s lush rainforest on an immersive small group hiking adventure through the island’s beautiful interior. Begin with the tropical surroundings of Annandale Falls before journeying into Grand Etang National Park and Forest Reserve, where dense rainforest, towering trees and rich wildlife create a wonderfully unspoilt setting.
Continue along the forest trail to Seven Sisters Falls, a spectacular series of cascading waterfalls and natural pools hidden among the greenery. With time to take in the scenery, cool off in the refreshing water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, this experience is ideal for travellers seeking nature, adventure and a more authentic side of Grenada. Comfortable footwear and a reasonable level of fitness are recommended.

Seven Sisters involves a proper rainforest walk and the trail can become muddy after rain. Trainers or walking shoes with good grip are strongly recommended.
Swimming is usually possible at the waterfall pools when conditions are safe. Bring swimwear, a towel and a dry bag for valuables.
Grand Etang is cooler and wetter than the coast. A light waterproof layer and insect repellent are useful, even on a sunny morning.
Heavy rain can affect river flow, mud and swimming conditions. Your guide may adjust the route or waterfall stops to keep the experience safe and enjoyable.
