Annandale Court is a modern, contemporary, purpose-built gated apartment complex providing long-term accommodation for St. George's University students. It is on the university's main bus route, which is patrolled by campus security, and the property states that campus is only a two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk away. Its neighbourhood is described as safe and upscale.
Apartments are fully furnished with one or two bedrooms. Every apartment is en-suite and has a private balcony with views, and the two-bedroom apartment adds a second bathroom, which works well for students sharing. Furnishings include a television, beds, desks, chairs, cutlery, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, internet, and a kitchen with utensils. Every room has a router as well as additional Ethernet ports, and a flat-screen television with HDMI compatibility and cable.
The complex is gated with 24-hour video surveillance and staff on duty around the clock, and entry to the compound is keyless by remote or code. On-site services include a backup generator, a solar system to lower electricity bills, on-compound garbage collection, water storage for each apartment, an in-house maintenance team, and a weekly general clean by housekeepers (tenants are responsible for daily cleaning). Washing, drying and folding are offered, with dry cleaning on special request.
Each apartment has its own electric meter, with bills on a monthly cycle. The property has adequate resident parking and a Nature Zone for unwinding or studying, and Grand Anse Beach is a five-minute drive away. All apartments are non-smoking and pets are not accommodated.

A fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with a second bathroom, private balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, desks and chairs, and a kitchen with utensils.

Annandale Court has been designed around SGU students: it is on the main university bus route, gated with round-the-clock video surveillance and on-duty staff, and each apartment is en-suite with its own balcony.
The two-bedroom apartment adds a second bathroom, so each sharer has their own, which suits two students splitting the rent. The infrastructure is a real strength, with solar power to help with bills, a backup generator for outages and water storage if the island's supply is interrupted.
Every room has a router with extra Ethernet ports, and a weekly clean, in-house maintenance and laundry services reduce chores. Note that pets are not accepted and all apartments are non-smoking, and each apartment has its own electric meter billed monthly.
